Shipping Rates: Standard Shipping 

We ship your orders anywhere within the U.S. , generally via US Postal Service or UPS Ground. (If you need items immediately please contact us at info@woodenwood.com or 814-385-6492.) Most orders are ready to ship within 2 to 5 business days when they are in stock. Some items may take longer (especially custom orders), but we will attempt to notify you by e-mail / phone if they are delayed.

We charge a single flat fee for each shipment as below. The total shipping & handling charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.

Should you decide to return an item(s) for any reason, be it for refund or exchange, please contact us at  info@woodenwood.com or (814) 385-6492.

Returns for refund or exchange must be within 30 days of purchase. (Special orders, custom orders, and gift wrapping are non-refundable.) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Original shipping cost is not refundable on all orders with free shipping. All returns must be in original packing, unused and resalable condition. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid. Returns shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted.
